A great way to do that is to download a free app called YouVersion and start a Bible reading plan. I recommend to start the New Testament in 60 days. If you follow it you will read about 3 chapters per day on average. You could also just read 1 chapter per day to start.

THE POINT IS TO MAKE A START AND KEEP AT IT DAILY.

Another good strategy is every time before you read, pray and ask God to reveal what He wants you to know and to download it into you.

The challenge is finding a well-rounded one who will not (without realizing it) add in false teachings.
